There is no one price for a solar system, because no two homes use the same electricity or have the same roof. SolarAmerica prices every home individually: we look at your last 12 months of usage, your utility’s all-in rate and a satellite view of your roof, then walk you through a written proposal in a free consultation.
$0 down: what you actually pay
With a $0-down power purchase agreement, we install and own the system, so there is nothing to pay for installation, no loan and no lien on your home. You pay a monthly amount only for the power your panels produce, at a rate set in your agreement, and your proposal compares it line by line with what you pay your utility today.
If you would rather own your system
We also offer purchases for homeowners who want to own the equipment outright. Owning gives the highest lifetime value if you stay in the home, and you keep any renewable energy credits. Your proposal shows both options side by side.
